MineVital collects your personal data at a minimum and processes it with transparency. This policy explains what data we collect, why, through which infrastructure, how long we keep it, and what your rights are.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Account and contact: name, email, phone, address.
Order and payment: order details, delivery address, invoice information. Card details are not disclosed to us; they are processed on the payment provider's infrastructure.
Site usage: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, cookies.
Support conversations: messages you send us by email or social media.

3. Purposes of processing

To process, prepare, and ship your order.
To communicate with you about orders and support.
To meet our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, consumer regulation).
To improve the Site, ensure its security, and prevent misuse.
To carry out marketing communication where you have given consent.

4. Service providers we share with

Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS compliant).
Carriers — Yurtiçi Kargo, MNG, DHL, TNT, UPS (only data needed for delivery).
Google Analytics 4 — anonymized site traffic analysis.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel — ad performance measurement.
Google Ads — ad performance measurement and remarketing.
Email infrastructure — order notifications and, with consent, newsletter.

5. Cookies

The Site uses cookies to manage your session, remember your cart, and for analytics and ad measurement. A cookie preference banner is shown on your first visit; you can accept only essential cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies depend on your consent.

6. Retention

Order records are kept for at least five years to comply with fiscal regulation. Account and marketing data are kept until you delete your account or withdraw consent. Site usage logs are kept for at most 12 months.

7. International transfers

The company is based in the United States, operations run in Türkiye; some service providers (Stripe, Google, Meta) may process data on their own cloud infrastructure (including EU and US). Such transfers are made under the provider's appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, DPF, or equivalents).

8. Your rights

Access the data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete data to the extent not contrary to our legal obligations.
Opt out of marketing communication (via 'Unsubscribe' in the newsletter).
Complain to the relevant supervisory authority (KVKK in Türkiye; the local data protection authority in the EU; CCPA in California).

To exercise your rights, simply email info@minevital.com; requests are resolved within 30 days.

9. Minors

The Site is not intended for users under 16. If we become aware that a child has sent us data, we delete it.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated; the effective date appears at the heading. For material changes, we notify by email or in-site announcement.
