Refund and Return Policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You may return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it, without giving any reason. This right is a mandatory consumer right in distance sales contracts and cannot be waived by contract.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• For both the water-based and the classic polish line, the hygiene exception is waived — an unopened item can be returned. For packages that have crossed into personal use, we review on a case-by-case basis; our policy is to be open to good-faith returns.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Return shipping cost — borne by the seller

Under Article 12/5 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette 24 May 2025, in force 1 January 2026), the consumer cannot be held responsible for return shipping cost. MineVital applies this obligation to both domestic and international orders. No deduction is made from the refund; the outbound shipping fee is added back to the refund amount.

Return process

1. Email info@minevital.com with your order number, indicating your request.
2. You will receive shipping instructions for the return (Kolay Gelsin in Türkiye, DHL/TNT internationally).
3. Once the item is received and meets the acceptance conditions, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

International orders under 60 USD

For international returns under 60 USD, we may waive the return of the product and refund on the basis of a photograph; the item stays with you. This is our discretion and is used to prevent misuse. We will inform you in writing if applied.

Defective or damaged item

If the item is defective, broken, or wrongly shipped, please email info@minevital.com within 48 hours with photographs. Shipping damage is also covered. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
