Domestic (Türkiye)

Shipping fee: 150 TRY.
Free shipping threshold: orders 550 TRY and above.
Delivery time: 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Carrier: Yurtiçi Kargo or MNG Kargo. The fastest option is assigned by region.

International

Flat shipping fee: 25 USD.
Free shipping threshold: orders 75 USD and above.
Carriers: DHL, TNT, and UPS. The most suitable option is assigned by country.

• GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain): 5-10 business days
• United States: 7-14 business days
• European Union: 5-10 business days
• Indonesia, Malaysia: 7-14 business days
• Other countries: 7-21 business days

Dispatch process

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is ready. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. During busy campaign periods, preparation may extend by an extra day.

Customs and duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees are the responsibility of the recipient. The carrier may collect these amounts on delivery or in advance. We recommend checking your country's import rules before placing an order.

Incorrect or incomplete address

A complete address and phone number are required for the carrier to deliver. For incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or returned parcels, a re-shipping fee may apply; we will notify you by email in advance.
