Terms and Conditions

By using minevital.com (the 'Site'), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Parties

The Site is operated by Molina USA LLC ('MineVital', 'we'), registered in Delaware, United States. Operations are run from Türkiye.

2. Site use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and with respect for the rights of others. You may not attempt to breach system security, scrape content in bulk with automated tools, reverse engineer the Site, or upload malicious code.

3. Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

4. Product, price and stock

Product descriptions, images, and color representations are prepared as accurately as possible; small variations may occur depending on screen settings. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel an order affected by a price or stock error; the payment is refunded promptly in such cases.

5. Order and payment

Orders are placed on the Site; payment is processed via Stripe, in USD in most regions (in TRY for Türkiye). Your payment details are not disclosed to us; they are processed on Stripe's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure. Accepted methods: credit and debit cards.

6. Shipping, refunds and withdrawal

Shipping times and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy; refund and withdrawal rights in our Refund Policy. Under the Turkish distance sales regulation, return shipping cost is borne by the seller (Reg. Art. 12/5).

7. Intellectual property

The visual design of the Site, the brand name 'MineVital', the logo, product photography, videos, texts, and the arrangement rights over laboratory reports belong to MineVital and are protected by applicable law. Commercial copying or distribution without our written consent is not permitted. Personal use and consumer review with source attribution are outside this restriction.

8. Limitation of liability

MineVital presents Site content in good faith and as accurately as possible. Where a product may cause undesired skin reactions, the INCI list is made available to the user; a user with a known sensitivity to any ingredient is expected to check the INCI before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Sales to consumers resident in Türkiye are governed by Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and its regulations; the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court at the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction. For customers outside Türkiye, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights of the customer's country of residence.

10. Dispute resolution

If you encounter an issue, please first contact us at info@minevital.com. Where direct contact does not resolve the matter, Turkish consumers are directed to the relevant consumer arbitration committee/consumer court; international consumers to the courts of Delaware.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by notice or by publication on the Site. The effective date of the updated text is shown at the heading. Continued use of the Site after the change means you accept the updated text.
