What Makes MineVital Breathable?
Polyolefin Plastomer (POP) is an advanced polymer that creates microscopic amorphous gaps in the polish layer, allowing consistent air and water permeability. This technology is widely used in products where breathability is essential — such as baby diapers, food packaging, medical textiles, and breathable membranes in shoes and construction materials.
In independent laboratory testing (SGS SERCOVAM, France — NF ISO 2528), the dried film transmitted water vapour, measured across five test cups at 38 °C and 90% relative humidity. The full report is published on our certificates page. It also contains no toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) or camphor.
